Half hour session one on one with a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach to discuss the various ways and methods to create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be given by email, text or phone call at least 12 hours prior to the session. 20 minutes past your scheduled time will be categorized as a no show. No show without proper acknowledgement will be fully charged.
