KIDS CLUB IS BACK!
Starting June 22nd, 2023!

Every Thursday and Friday morning there will be sessions available to book for kids!  Classes will run through August 25th, 2023. RTRT will be offering group strength/cardio training for kids 12 & Up.

There is a max of four-five spots available per hour. We are only charging $10 per person for an hour workout. ($8 each for siblings!) This is our summer special rate. Please pre-book your time slot by texting or calling. There will be no walk ins. Appointments should be booked on the Sunday prior. Kids are encouraged to book shared time spots with friends, siblings, or teammates

     9:00 -10:00 am

     10:00 - 11:00 am

     11:00 - 12:00 pm

Shown above is client 15 yr old. D. Cavness who improved her strength so much that she decided to compete in a powerlifting competition where she broke four state powerlifting records. 

​

Exercise at any age can improve cardiorespiratory health, build strong bones and muscles, reduce risk of health conditions, promote injury prevention, increase confidence, and improve sports performance.

KIDS CLUB's goal is to teach kids to workout and educate them about safe gym practices, nutrition, hydration, sport specific training, strength training, endurance training, aerobic training, plyometric training, calisthenics training, and more. Sport specific training is available upon request.

At RTRT, we preach that the difference between D1 and D2 athletes is their level of strength and conditioning, and their academics.  If an athlete learns the importance of fitness at a young age, they may be able to set themselves apart from other aspiring athletes.  Strength and endurance raise an athlete's ceiling of potential.
