ROPES ONLY 101 HITTING CLINICS
Power does not just come from size and strength. Let me say it again for the people in the back, POWER does not JUST come from SIZE. Power comes from general technique, quality contact and efficient bat path. In the ROPES ONLY clinics coaches will delve into mechanical issues that hinder power production. At the plate, whether you are a power hitter or not your goal is to create havoc and chaos for the defense by hitting it hard.
If all of that sounds good then sign up today for 2.5 hours of hitting drills, and discussions to help your athlete become a ROPES ONLY hitter.

**Players are asked to wear clean and dry sneakers or turfs. Please bring water only as the facility has a strict drink policy. Lastly, bring a notebook, and a pen/pencil.
ABOUT CLINICS
CAMWOODS & METRICS
Wes Helms played in the MLB for 12 years. After retiring from the MLB he coached at the high school level for 6 years, coached at the double and triple A level for 2 years, and managed at the triple A level for 3 years as well. He is the CEO of CamWood Bats. Camwood is a wood training bat and game bat company.
The ROPES ONLY clinic will provide athletes with the opportunity to demo and try Camwood bats. Athletes will also find out what their exit velocity is at the clinic and will receive a list of individualized drills, and training goals.
